Our Story
Family Vision was born in 1995, when a group of friends who had worked with marginalized youth and women for a number of years realized that for society to flourish, it needs teenagers who have a strong foundation in life, teachers who have the training and resources needed to mentor those teenagers, and parents who have the support they need to raise children well.
For over 25 years now, Family Vision has conducted workshops for tens of thousands of students, parents and teachers all over India and had the privilege of seeing lives change for the better.

Rohit Kumar has over 25 years of training and facilitation experience. He is certified in the MBTI, FIRO-B, Strong Interest Career Counselling Inventory and the Saville Assessments, and helps youth lead meaningful and empathetic lives.
Sonia Pillai is a certified success coach who helps people live their best lives and achieve their life goals. A career guide and a personal counsellor, she has helped countless people find their way.
