The 7 Habits of Truly Great Teachers
Aristotle said, ‘We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, it is a habit.” This workshop will help the teachers to build empowering professional habits, and give them useful insights on goal-setting, prioritization, time management, and handling ‘personal energy crises’.

Building Positive Classrooms
This workshop will introduce teachers to the concepts and benefits of the Strengths Psychology model. They will learn Martin Seligman’s ‘PERMA’ model for building student and teacher well-being, and learn how to use their ‘Signature Strengths’.
Teampower
This workshop offers practical ways of building a strong team and avoiding the pitfalls that break down a team. Based on the work of behavioural psychologist Will Shutz, it teaches you how to honour your own and others' interpersonal needs.
